Repex has been established in Closter, Bergen County, Northern New Jersey since 1981. The origin of the family investment and banking business dates back to August 22, 1923, in Europe, when a young Boris Sokolower, then 25 years old, became a member of the Free City of Danzig Bourse and formed the bank bearing his name and has since evolved to this day into Repex Investment Management Co., Inc., the Investment Management Firm.
The firm is highly integrated. Repex Investment Management Co., Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor involved in investment management of client assets. Client orders are executed through its affiliate, Repex & Co., Inc., a broker/dealer that clears all trades through National Financial Services LLC, which is the custodian for customer cash and securities, and provides confirmations of trades and monthly statements.
